 My E.S Consultant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to utilize their expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company's financial goals are met.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including IAS.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to promote transparency and accountability.

- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Manage financial services, including cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, as required.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial position.

- Provide financial guidance and support to business units and management.

- Analyze and reconcile balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- Proven experience in financial management, including financial accounting and analysis.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and financial regulations, including IAS.

- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

- Excellent technical accounting skills.

- Ability to prepare and present complex financial reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Experience with financial report writing is required.

- Account reconciliation experience is necessary.
